Vol. 17 No. 3: Special Issue: Family Fiqh Issues in Malaysia (2020)

This issue publishes selected papers submitted for 2nd National Seminar in Contemporary Fiqh (NSCF 2020) on "Family Fiqh in Malaysia: Towards Promoting Insan Sejahtera". The seminar was organized by the Contemporary Fiqh Research Unit (CFRU), Kuliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences (KIRKHS) in colloboration with AIKOL, IiBF and IIUM Press. This Seminar brought together scholars, practitioners, lawyers, Shariah experts, family counselors and post-graduate researchers and other interested parties to engage with topical issues related to its focal areas or other pertinent questions relevant to the theme of the seminar. The selected papers were subjected to the process of blind peer review before the acceptance letter were issued to the author(s).
