About the Journal

 مجلة الدراسات اللغوية والأدبية من المجلات العالمية في العالم الإسلامي وهي تستخدم اللغة العربية في الكتابة من الناطقين بها المنتشرين في العالم العربي والإسلامي وغيرهما. تعد هذه المجلة حاليا المجلة الوحيدة التي تتخصص في الدراسات اللغوية والأدبية في جنوب شرق آسيا. تهدف المجلة  إلى نشر مقالات ذات جودة عالية وأعمال متميزة في محال الألسنية المعاصرة، واللسانيات التطبيقية والدراسات الأدبية. تتضمن الدراسات اللغوية والأدبية مجموعة من المقالات المختارة في قضايا تتعلق باللغة العربية بمنطقة آسيا و الدراسات

تشمل موضوعات المحاورات  والمناقشات في المجلة القضايا الاجتماعية والثقافية للمجتمعات الآسيوية وغيرها من المجتمعات في العالم في

ستقوم  المجلة بنشر أعمال اللغويين و العلماء من كل أنحاء العالم، والتي تتعلق بتنوع الدراسات اللغوية. المحاور التي سوف تتناولها المجلة

                                                                                    الكتابات النقدية في الدراسات اللسانية والأدبية؛* 
                                                                    والكتابات الإبداعية التي تتضمن النثر والدراما والخيال والشعر؛* 
                                                                               ومراجعات للمقالات والكتب في اللسانيات والأدبيات*

تدعو مجلة الدراسات اللغوية والأدبية الباحثين والعلماء واللغويين لتقديم أعمالهم العلمية ذات الجودة العالية التي تتضمن أفكارا جديدة وإبداعات فكرية متميزة التي يمكن عبرها فتح السبل إلى آفاق جديدة في مجالات اللغة والأدب، والتي يمكن أن تكون على شكل دراسة نقدية من النظريات الحالية  في اللغويات أو الأدب، وتوحيد اثنين أو أكثر من المنطلقات العلمية  في هذه التخصصات أو إنتاج أي عمل يمكن

مجلة الدراسات اللغوية والأدبية هي مجلة إلكترو نية دورية و محكمة وتنشر مرتين في السنة، في شهر يونيو وديسمبر. جميع
                   .الأوراق المقدمة للنشر في المجلة يتم قراءة وتقييمها من قبل اثنين على الأقل من المحكمين قبل أن يتم اتخاذ قرار النشر

The Journal of Linguistic and Literary Studies (JLLS) is currently indexed in Google Scholar, the Malaysian Citation Index (MyCite), Malaysian Citation Centre (MyJurnal), Arabic Impact Factor, UDL-Edge and EBSCO, Digital Object Identifier (Doi) and Islamic world science citation centre. It is the very first international journal on the Islamic world and Arabic writings by Arab speakers and Arabic-speaking diaspora writers.
Articles must have abstracts and keywords in Arabic and English. Papers must be submitted with the understanding that they have not been published elsewhere (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review or thesis.

PEER REVIEW PROCESS
A manuscript undergoes a double-blind review process. The section editors manage the reviews. Authors are required to upload revised versions and reply to reviewers’ comments.

PUBLICATION FREQUENCY
This Journal is published twice a year, i.e., in June and in December. We accept manuscripts only in the Arabic Language.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

ARCHIVING
This journal utilizes the UNLOCKS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

PLAGIARISM ISSUES
The manuscript must represent original work by the author(s). None of the material should be covered by any copyright; if copyrighted material exceedingly approximately 100 words from a journal article or approximately 500 words from a book is used, the author has obtained written permission for its use. Further, this work should not infringe any intellectual property rights/secrecy laws of any person/organization/government/public or private agency, nor should it contain any defamatory matter.
IIUM Press does not bear any responsibility for verifying copyright permissions provided by the author. Any breach of copyright laws will result in retraction of the published article/material as well as reporting to relevant authorities at the authors’ institutions.

The Journal has adopted a serious policy in maintaining high scholarly standards on all pertinent matters.
