Author Guidelines

تعليمات النشر

 تتنوع  موضوعات مجلة الدراسات اللغوية والأدبية عموما إلى ثلاثة أجزاء، كل منها يحتوي على تصنيفات مختلفة بأحجام مختلفة. ويجب أن تكون المقالات الأدبية  ما بين5000 – 7000 كلمة، في حين ينبغي ألا تتجاوز المقالات  6000  كلمة في النثر والخيال والدراما، ، والخيال والدراما، و 3 صفحات للشعر أما . مراجعات الكتب فينبغي أن تكون  في حوالي 1500 كلمة في الحجم.

وينبغي إظهار اسم المؤلف، والمؤسسة التي ينتمي إليها والعنوان البريدي،  والبريد الإلكتروني على الصفحة الأولى لتسهيل المراجعة،ويجب أن تكون المخطوطة مطبوعة  بخط مزدوج ومتباعد على ورق بحجم A4 مع هوامش 1.25 " " على الجانب الأيمن والأيسر من الصفحة، و1"  " على الجزء العلوي والجزء السفلي من الصفحة، ويجب أن تكون بادئة كل فقرة. وينبغي لجميع الاقتباسات في النص الرئيس أن يكون في علامات اقتباس مزدوجة، وأن تكون العناوين من الكتب والمسرحيات بخط مائل، في حين تكون عناوين القصائد والمقالات والقصص القصيرة في علامات اقتباس مزدوجة، ويجب أن تكون الإشارات بين قوسين، وينبغي أن تشمل المقالات قائمة الأعمال المذكورة والتعليقات إن وجدت.

وينبغي أن يقدم المؤلفون ملخصا وجيزا للمحتوى ما بين 100 و 200 كلمة لكل مقال، وملخصا في   100 كلمة لكل قطعة أدبية إبداعية. وينبغي أن يتبع ذلك بحد أقصى

 5 كلمات مفتاحية، وبيان للسيرة الذاتية المختصرة للمؤلف (75 كلمة كحد أقصى).
 ترسل التقارير وجميع الاستفسارات، بما في ذلك التحقيقات بشأن مراجعات الكتب إلى رئيس تحرير المجلة في البريد الإلكتروني:

تنشر مجلة الدراسات اللغوية والأدبية على الانترنت مرتين في السنة في يونيو وديسمبر ، على الموقع الإلكتروني:

مع مراعاة تقديم المقالات للنظر فيها قبل 6 أشهر على الأقل من تاريخ نشرها.
لا نقبل هيئة التحرير الأعمال المنشورة سابقا أو التي قدمت للنشر في أي مكان آخر في نفس الوقت.

 علامات الترقيم:  لأغراض التنسيق تطلب المجلة من الباحثين استخدام علامات الاقتباس المزدوجة في المقال، إلا في حالة وجود اقتباس داخل الاقتباس، حيث يجب حينئذ استخدام علامات الاقتباس المفردة،  ويجب أن تكون جميع علامات الترقيم خارج علامات الاقتباس باستمرار في المقال.

 المراجع: "النصوص الموثقة" سوف  تكون مرتبة في قائمة مراجع ببليوغرافية كاملة. وتطلب هيئة التحرير من الباحثين وجوب اتباع توثيق شيكاغو كما هو متوافر في الموقع الإلكتروني:

قواعد النشر

مجلة الدراسات اللغوية والأدبية مجلة تخصصية سنوية مُحكَّمة تقبل البحوث والدراسات العلمية، ويحكِّمُها أساتذة متخصصون.

شروط النشر:

1.  ألا يكون البحث أو المقال قد نشر  من قبل في مجلة محكّمة.

2. ألا يزيد عدد الباحثين في المقال  الواحد عن باحثين اثنين.

3. لا تزيد صفحات البحث عن خمس عشرة صفحة(15) من نوع (A4).

4. يطبع نص المتن بخط ARABIC TRADITIONAL،  وحجم (16)، ونمطNORMAL، وبأسطر منفردة (SINGLE SPACE) على برنامج .  MICROSOFT WORD 2007أو .MICROSOFT WORD 2010

5. تطبع الهوامش في نهاية البحث مسلسلة بخط ARABIC TRADITIONAL، وبحجم (12).

6. تطبع الكلمات المكتوبة بالحرف اللاتيني بخط TIMES NEW ROMAN وبحجم (12)، وفي الهوامش بحجم (10).

7. ترتّب المعلومات البيبلوغرافية:

-إذا كان المرجع كتابافعلى النحو الآتي:الشهرستاني، محمد عبد الكريم، الملل والنحل، ط7، تحقيق: أمير علي مهنا وعلي حسن فاعور، (بيروت: دار المعرفة، 1998م)، ج1، ص113. وإذا ذكر الكتاب مرة أخرى يوثق مختصراً: الشهرستاني، محمد عبد الكريم،  الملل والنحل، ج1، ص27.

8. لا توضع أرقام التهميش بين قوسين، سواء أكان في النص أم في الهامش.

9. عند التنصيص لا يوضع كلمة (انظر) في الهامش، أما إذا كان النقل بدون تنصيص فيوضع كلمة انظر هكذا: انظر: ......

10. توثق الآية القرآنية في الهامش هكذا: سورة الرحمن، الآية3.

11. توضع الآية القرآنية بين قوسين مزهرين  أو بين القوسين {...}

12. توثق الأقوال بوضعها بين قوسين هلاليين، هكذا: (..........)

13. يوثق حديث الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم بوضعه بين علامة تنصيص هكذا: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "رفع عن أمتي......"

Issues of Journal of Linguistic and Literary Studies are generally divided into three segments, each of which contains different categories of material with different lengths. Critical articles should be between 5000-7000 words, while creative pieces should not exceed 6000 words for prose, fiction and drama, and 3 pages for poetry. Book reviews should be about 1500 words in length.

The author’s name, institutional affiliation and mailing addresses (email and postal) should be given on the title page of the manuscript only to facilitate blind reviewing. Manuscripts should be double-spaced on A4-sized paper with margins of 1.25” on both the right and left side of the page and 1” on the top and bottom of the page. Each paragraph should be indented. All quotations in the main text should consistently be in double quotation marks. Titles of books and plays should be italicised throughout, while titles of poems, articles and short stories should be in double quotation marks. References should be parenthetical, and manuscripts should include a list of works cited and brief endnotes (if any).

Contributors should also include a brief abstract of content between 100 and 200 words for each critical article and a synopsis of about 100 words for each creative writing piece. This should be followed by a maximum of 5 key words in the article, and a brief biographical statement of the author (75 words maximum).

Journal of Linguistic and Literary Studies is published online biannually, at http://www.iium.edu.my/irkhs/arabiclang/journal/ in June and December. Materials should be submitted for consideration at least 6 months before the targeted date of publication.

We do not accept work published previously or submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere.

Punctuation: For the purpose of consistency, the Journal requires contributors to use double quotation marks all through, except in the case of a quotation within a quotation, where single quotation marks should be used. All punctuation, should be outside the quotation marks consistently in the manuscript.

References: “Works Cited” will list full bibliographical references. The Journal asks contributors to observe the Chicago-Style Citation http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/tools_citationguide.html.

PUBLISHING RULES

1. The article has not been published in a refereed   journal or sent to other journals. The researcher declares that he/she has not published or sent it to other journals.

2.The number of authers should not exceed more than two.

3. The article must not exceed 16 pages A4 paper size.

4. The text is written using “ARABIC TRADITIONAL”, font size 16, pattern NORMAL, (SINGLE SPACING) with MICROSOFT WORD 2007 or MICROSOFT WORD 2010.

5. The endnotes at the end of the article is written using with “ARABIC TRADITIONAL”, font size 12.

6. Roman words must be written using “TIMES NEW ROMAN”, font size 12, and the endnotes must be written in font size 10.

7. The abstract of the article must include the methodology, objectives, and results of the study.

8. A maximum of five abstract keywords should be included.

9. The format of bibliographic information is as follows:

11. In the  quotation, do not place the word “see” in the endnotes, but if it is a pharaphrase, place the word “see” accordingly.

12. Quotations of Quranic verses in the endnotes should be written as follows: Ar-Rahman, verse / verse 3.

13. Quranic verses are placed in parentheses or brackets as follows: {...}

14. Quotations of speakers or writers are placed in brackets as follows: (..........)

15. Quotation of Traditions of the Prophet(peace be upon him) are placed  between quotation marks as follows:
