الخطاب التفسيريّ المعاصر ونقد الأديان الأخرى: دراسة في تفسيري الظلال والأزهر <br> Modern Qur’anic Exegetical Discourse and the Critique of Other Religions: A Study of the Commentaries of al-Azhar and Zilal

Abstract

يسعَى هذا البحث لتحليل الخطاب التفسيري في شأن نقد الأديان الأخرى بدراسة تفسير سورة الفاتحة في تفسيري "الأزهر" لحمكة و"في ظلال القرآن" لسيد قطب، وذلك عن طريق استقصاء المختارات الحديثية، والإشارت اللُّغوية، ثم القضايا الفكرية والدينية التي تناولها المفسرانِ أثناء تفسيرهما سورة الفاتحة. ينبني البحث على مسلمة مفادها أنَّ المختارات الحديثية والإشارات اللُّغوية لها حظّ من الثبات، ومن ثم الإشارة إليها لتأكيد الحجَّة في بيان معاني القرآن الكريم، أمَّا القضايا الفكرية الدينية، فهي تتلون حسب الواقع الفكري الديني الذي يُعالج قضاياه المفسر. ومن خلال تحليلنا للخطاب التفسيري المعاصر في كلا التفسيرين استطعنا بيان كيف أن انتماء الظلال إلى بقعة محددة من العالم الإسلاميّ قد جعلت المفسر يُعبِّر عن قضايا مختلفة تمامًا عن تلك التي عبَّر عنها مفسر معاصر له ينتمي إلى بقعة أخرى من العالم الإسلاميّ. وفي اتباعنا لطريقة تحليل الخطاب استطعنا فهم العمل التفسيري في كلّ أبعاده، وخاصة البعد الحركي التركيبي.

This article attempts to analyze Qur’anic exegetical discourses concerning critical engagement with other religious traditions by focusing on the interpretation of the opening chapter of the Qur’an (al-FÉtiÍa) in two commentaries on the Qur’an: HAMKA’s TafsÊr al-Azhar and Sayyid Qutb’s FÊ ÚilÉl al-Qur’Én. This analysis is carried out through examining the selected Prophetic sayings, the linguistic intimations and references, and the intellectual and religious issues raised by the two authors in their interpretation of the said chapter. The article is postulated upon the idea that the selected Prophetic sayings as well as linguistic intimations and references play an enduring authoritative role in explicating the meanings of the Qur’an, whereas the intellectual and religious issues differ according to the concrete cultural and religious realities of the respective context of each scholar. By analyzing the exegetic discourse in both commentaries we have been able to show how each one of the two authors, though they were contemporaries, addressed totally different set of issues, due to their geographical locations in the wider map of the Muslim world. Our discourse analysis has enabled us to appreciate the exegetical work in all its dimensions, especially its activist and constructivist aspects.
