The aim of the study is to address one of the challenges encountered by Arabic language teachers and learners alike. By presenting the issue of context as a comprehensive concept that includes the teaching techniques of Arabic language and its skills، as well as the purposes of discourse analysis and its mechanisms. It is inherent in the semantic level which is achieved respectively with the phonetic، lexical and grammatical level. Word by word translation is often elusive to the learner at the intermediate and advanced levels and it hinders his/her ability of understanding and comprehension. This study hopes to specify this difficulty and find the appropriate teaching method which facilitate reaching an easy goal from two angles: One, critical and theoretical، and the other is practical application. Subsequently, the study would attempt to simplify the teaching method of stories that is perceived as difficult even by the native speakers and what more by non-Arabic learners of the language itself? This is because it touches the apparent difference in understanding the general discourse of literary texts and not some other pragmatic texts in the press, articles on history, economy and others. The researcher hopes that it will benefit the specific syllabus designers and learners of Arabic for non-Arab. Among the recommendations of the study and the suggested method of teaching literary text through the study of context is the pedagogical approach. The study will make use of descriptive analytical methods as a way of achieving its goal.
