Women’s issues and their types in light of the Sunnah of the Prophet: an analytical study

Abstract

This research is entitled "Women's Issues and Their Types in Light of the Prophetic Tradition: An Analytical Study," which sheds light on contemporary Muslim society. The aim is to understand and apply the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ regarding these issues. The study covers various topics related to women's issues and their types, such as women's rights, sermons, the hadith concerning the deficiency of intellect and religion, and other issues related to women's rights in general. It also addresses the issue of the mahram (forbidden relationships) for women. These important issues concern the Muslim community and are beneficial for those who are knowledgeable about them. The research adopts an inductive and analytical approach. It concludes with important findings.
