Submission Timeline

The following outlines the overall flow of article processing: 

  1. Submission Stage
    • Authors make a submission in the system. 
    • Editors screen the article and check the similarity index. (Estimated time: 1-2 weeks)
    • If the paper is suitable and similarity index is ≤ 24%, it proceeds to the next stage.                                                                                                                                                                                        
  2. Decision Stage
    • If similarity index > 24% or paper needs further refinement, authors refine the paper. (Estimated time: 1-2 weeks)
    • If the paper still does not meet expectations, it remains in the submission stage.
    • Once the paper meets the criteria, it moves to the review stage.                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
  3. Review Stage
    • Editors assign reviewers. (Estimated time: 1-2 weeks)
    • Authors receive feedback from reviewers. (Estimated time: 3-4 weeks)
    • Multiple rounds of revision may occur.
    • Once revisions are complete and a letter of acceptance (LOA) (1-2 weeks) is issued, your paper will proceed to the next stage.                                                                                                                                                    
  4. Copyediting Stage
    • Authors make corrections based on editors' comments. (Estimated time: 1-2 weeks)
    • The manuscript is submitted to the editorial team for final approval. Authors are required to adhere to the journal's manuscript formatting guidelines, which are available on the website. (Estimated processing time: 1 week)
    • Final proofreading letter is requested from authors. (Estimated time: 1 week)                                                                                                                                                                                              
  5. Production Stage
    • Authors update article information in the system. (Estimated time: 1-2 days)
    • Authors wait for email notification of publication. (Estimated time: 1-2 weeks)
