منهجية شرح الحديث: أصالة ومعاصرة <br> The Methodology of× adith Explication between Authenticity and Contemporaneity

Abstract

يسعى هذا البحث لبيان مناهج بالتعامل مع الروايات المختلفة للأحاديث النبوية، وكيفية توجيهها وتفسيرها وِفْقَ متطلبات المرحلة وروح العصر، على أن تتناغم تلك المنهجية في شرح الحديث مع مقاصد الإسلام وقيمه، على حسب ما تسمح به القدرة البشرية. لذا فإن تحديد مفهوم المصطلح الْمُعَرِّف بشرح الحديث، في حاجة إلى مراجعة مستديمة، وتطوير مستمر، وذلك نظرًا لطبيعة الشروح التي تتجدد بتجدد مسائلها، على أن تُبْرَز تلك الشروح الحديثية في صورة جامعة بين الأصالة والمعاصرة. وقد سلك الباحث منهجًا وصفيًّا، استقرائيًّا، تحليليًّا لمعالجة الجوانب المختلفة للموضوع. وقد حدد الباحث عدة عناصر وأدوات لمنهجية شرح الحديث، ويتمثل أهمها في الأمور الآتية: شرح الحديث بالقرآن الكريم، والسنة النبوية، واللغة العربية وأساليبها وقواعدها، ومناسبات صدور الأحاديث وأسباب ورودها، وحسب طبيعة الأحداث والنوازل. وقد بينت الدراسة أن شروح الحديث تنوعت تبعًا للعناصر والأدوات المنهجية التي اتبعت وتبعًا كذلك للأغرض العلمية التي توخاها أصحاب الشروح الحديثية، فظهرت نتيجة لذلك الشروح الفقهية التي تعنى ببيان أحكام الفقهية للعبادات والمعاملات، والشروح اللغوية التي اعتمد اللغة  في كشف غريب المتن، وصرف ألفاظ الحديث إلى معانيها وإن تعددت تلك المعانين والشروح الموضوعية الذي  انحصرت مهماته بالبحث في مواضيع محددة، والشروح التحليلية وهو أشهر الشروح وأكثرها تأليفاً، ومن أهم مكوناته فحص السند ورجاله، والمتن وما تعلق به من إثبات وفهم.

This article attempts to shed light on the methods of dealing with the different ×adÊth reports and the ways they should be explicated and understood in relation to the demands of the modern age, provided those methods remain faithful to, and consonant with, the goals and values of Islam in as much as is humanly possible. This endeavour requires a continuous revision of the terminologies and concepts pertaining to ×adÊth explication taking into account the nature of the different types of explication which might take new forms by virtue of the new issues facing it. Such an enterprise must be undertaken in such a manner as would be capable of striking a balance between authenticity and contemporaneity. For this the author has used a descriptive, inductive and analytical methodology to deal with the different aspects of the subject. He thus was able to identify the main constituent elements and tools of the methodology. They consist of interpreting ×adÊth reports based on the Qur’an, reports in light of each other, in accordance with the norms and rules of the Arabic language, in light of the circumstances and motives of the reports, and by taking into consideration of the nature of the events and issues they addressed. The article has shown that the commentaries on ×adÊth reports have varied according to the methods used by the commentators and their purposes. Likewise, there have appeared juridical commentaries aimed at deriving the rules governing matters of devotional rituals and social and economic transactions, linguistic commentaries dealing with the wordings of the reports and attempting to uncover their purports. There have also appeared thematic commentaries focusing specific topics across different reports as well as analytical commentaries treating mainly of chains of narrations, of the qualities of narrators, and many others things affecting the nature and form of reports.
