Abstract

وحدة الأمة المسلمة من أهمّ الموضوعات التي ينبغي أنْ يدور حولها مزيد من الحوار الفكري، والنظر العلمي المنهجي. وهذا المقال يعنى بيان أهمية حجيّة الإجماع الأصولي وأثره في وحدة الأمة الإسلاميّة وتماسكها، خاصة وأن العلماء قد اختلفوا في الأدلة الدّالة على حجيّته، وطرق التحقق من وقوعه، فضلاً عن سبل تحقيقه. وإلى جانب ذلك فإن مما دعا الباحث إلى تناول أهمية الإجماع الأصولي في وحدة الأمة وتماسكها في مجال الفقهيات والعقائد بالبحث والنظر أنه لم يحظ بنصيب وافر من البيان. والمسلمون في العصر الحاضر - سواء أكانوا في الشرق أم في الغرب أو سواء أكانوا أغلبيّة أم أقليّة، ومهما اختلفت أعراقهم وألسنتهم يعبدون إلهًا واحدًا، ويتلون قرآنًا واحدًا، ويقيمون الصلاة بكيفية واحدة، ويؤتون الزكاة بمقادير موحدة، ويصومون رمضان، ويحجّون إلى كعبة واحدة. ولكن هناك اختلافات غير قليلة في مسائل كلامية تخص العقيدة ومسائل فقهية تتعلق بالمعاملات والعلاقات والمواقف تباعد بينهم وتجعلهم فرقًا وأحزابًا متدابرة. ولذلك فإن الحاجة ماسة إلى تفعيل الإجماع في هذه المسائل لتتحق وحدتهم فيها، ليزدادوا تماسكًا وتتحقق عزتهم، فيكونوا كالجسد الواحد.

The unity of the Muslim ummah is one of the important issues that require more intellectual dialogue and systematic scientific inquiry. Thus, the present article deals with the importance of juristic consensus and its impact on the unity and solidarity of the Muslim ummah, especially due to the fact that scholars have differed on the evidence for its authority, the ways of verifying its occurrence and the means to realizing it. Moreover, the author has been urged to address the importance of consensus for the creedal and juristic unity of Muslims by the fact that it has not received scholarly attention to elaborate it. Wherever they may be and no matter how they are, whether in the East or the West, be they a majority or a minority, whatever their different tongues and races, Muslims at present worship One and only One God, read one and the same Qur’an, perform the prayers uniformly, give alms in similar measures, fast during the same month of Ramadan and perform pilgrimage to one and the same KaÑbah. Yet, not just a few differences on theological matters relating to faith and belief as well as juristic issues pertaining to transactions, relationships and attitudes pull them apart into conflicting sects and groups. Therefore, there is urgent need to operationalize consensus on such matters in order to attain their unity thereupon so that their solidarity is consolidated and honour and dignity are enhanced, thus becoming one body.
