يُعْنَى هذا البحث بالنظر في القواعد التي يمكن على أساسها التعامل مع مسألة الحمل على تعدد القصة في علم الحديث عند مجيء نص الحديث الواحد بلفظين أو أكثر بينها تخالف، أو مجيء حديثين أو أكثر بألفاظ متقاربة. واعتمادًا على منهجية علماء الحديث، قام الباحث بالتحليل والمقارنة والمناقشة لوجهات النظر المختلفة لينتهي إلى تقرير قاعدة عامة للتعامل مع الظاهرة موضع النظر. وقد خلص الباحث من مناقشة الجوانب المختلفة للموضوع إلى أن الأصل عند اتحاد المخارج عدم التعدد، أما عند اختلافها، فالأمر يحتاج إلى مزيد قرائن للحكم لأحد الوجوه. ومن أهم توصيات البحث ضرورة العمل على جمع الأحاديث التي تحتمل قصتين فأكثر، والتمحيص في صحتها خارجيًّا وداخليًّا (أي سندًا ومتنًا)، من أجل التأليف بينها ما كان هناك مجال للتأليف، كما يدعو إلى إدراج مثل هذا النوع من الدراسة الحديثية في المقررات المنهجية بالجامعات.

Abstract

This article looks into the ground or rules whereby to deal with the issue of construing multiplicity of stories in the discipline of Hadith when a single tradition is narrated in different wordings or when different traditions are narrated in similar wordings. Taking stock of the methodology established by Hadith scholars, the researcher delves into analyzing, comparing and critically evaluating the different views on the issue so as to arrive at the formulation of a general rule for dealing with the phenomenon under consideration.  From our discussion of the different aspects of the subject, the following conclusions could be made. It is a matter of principle or general rule to construe the matter on the basis of singularity of story when the different wordings of a tradition come about via a common chain of narration. Conversely, in case of plurality of chains of narration, the issue requires further circumstantial evidences in order to decide whether or not it is a matter of plurality of stories or otherwise. The researcher then recommends that all traditions probably involving more than one story be gathered and scrutinized both externally and internally (that is, in terms of narration and textual form) in order to reconcile them as much as there is room for reconciliation The researcher also suggest that this kind of hadith studies be introduced into university curricula.

Artikel ini melihat asas atau peraturan dalam menangani isu kepelbagaian cerita dalam disiplin Hadith bila hadith ahad dinakalkan dalam susunan kata yang berbeza atau hadith yang berbeza diriwayatkan dalam susunan kata yang sama. Mengambil sumbangan metodologi yang diasaskan ulama hadith, penyelidik menganalisa, membanding dan menilai secara kritikal pandangan yang berbeza mengenai isu ini agar dapat meletakkan kaedah umum untuk berurusan dengan fenomena ini. Dari perbincangan tentang pelbagai aspek subjek, kesimpulan berikut boleh dibuat. Ia adalah satu prinsip atau kaedah umum untuk mentafsirkan perkara itu atas dasar cerita yang sama apabila susunan kata yang berbeza daripada hadith yang datang melalui sanad umum dalam periwayatannya. Sebaliknya, dalam kes sanad yang berbeza, isu ini memerlukan bukti lain mengikut keadaan agar keputusan perlu dibuat sama ada ia adalah suatu perkara dari kepelbagai cerita atau tidak. Penyelidik mencadangkan semua hadith mungkin melibatkan lebih daripada satu cerita dikumpulkan dan diteliti dari segi luaran dan dalaman (iaitu, dari segi riwayat dan bentuk teks) untuk mennyesuaikan seberapa banyak yang ada untuk keserasian. Penyelidik juga mencadangkan kajian hadith ini diperkenalkan ke dalam kurikulum universiti.
