الملخّص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة موقف الإمام الزمخشري من شفاعة النبي r لأصحاب الكبائر، وبيان أدلته ومناقشتها من خلال كتابه الكشاف عن حقائق غوامض التنزيل وعيون الأقاويل في وجوه التأويل. وهذا البحث يعتمد على المنهج الاستقرائي من خلال الاطلاع على الآيات القرآنية ذات الصلة بموضوع الشفاعة، ثم الرجوع إلى كتب التفاسير المعتبرة وبعض الأحاديث النبوية الصحيحة، والنظر في كل ما ورد ذكره من الشفاعة. واستخدم الباحثان أيضًا المنهج التحليلي، وذلك بدراسة تحليلية لكل المعلومات الواردة في هذه القضية، واستنباط موقف واضح للإمام الزمخشري في تفسيره الكشاف من قضية الشفاعة؛ لأنه كان يؤوّل الآيات القرآنية وفقَ مذهبه وعقيدته الاعتزالية. ومن أهمّ النتائج التي توصل الباحثان إليها أن الإمام الزمخشري يرى أن الشفاعة المذكورة في الكتاب ليست سوى رفع الدرجات وزيادة ثواب المشفوع فيهم من المؤمنين، أما العصاة وأصحاب الكبائر، فهم في نار جهنم خالدون فيها أبدًا. وهذا مخالف لإجماع أهل السنة والجماعة الذين يعتقدون أن الشفاعة حاصلة لا ريب فيها لأهل الكبائر من المؤمنين إذا ماتوا على التوحيد.

Abstract

This research examines the position of ImÉm al-ZamakhsharÊ regarding the intercession of the Prophet (s.a.w.) for those who committed major sins. It evaluates the evidence and presented in his al-Kashshāf ʻan ×aqāʼiq Ghawāmiḍ al-Tanzīl wa-ʻUyūn al-Aqāwīl fī Wujūh al-Taʼwīl. The research uses the inductive approach to examine interpretation of Qur’anic verses relevant to the subject of intercession. It then refers to recognised written interpretations and authentic hadiths that address the issue of intercession. The researchers also used the analytical method to examine and ascertain the position for ImÉm al-ZamakhsharÊ who is known to have interpreted Qur’anic verses according to his Mu‘tazilite views. Among the most important findings of this research is that ImÉm al-ZamakhsharÊ believed that the intercession mentioned in the Qur’an refers only to the elevation in status and increase in reward for the believers, whereas the transgressors and those who committed major sins will remain forever in the Hellfire. This is contrary to the consensus of the Sunnis who believe that the intercession includes those with major sins from among the believers who died in a state of tawÍÊd.
