The July 2025 issue presents research from scholars across twelve countries: Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Algeria, Turkey, Eritrea, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Egypt, Afghanistan, Jordan, Bahrain, and India. The collection examines Islamic jurisprudence through contemporary lenses, addressing financial systems, social phenomena, and methodological frameworks. Studies explore Murābaḥah financing for minorities, coffee jurisprudence, Islamic gold dinar strategies, zakat eligibility for displaced persons, maqāṣid-based regulatory principles, religious-life preservation priorities, sustainable Islamic finance, waqf fund management, Malaysian familial challenges, and qiyās applications in modern muamalat. The issue demonstrates sophisticated integration of classical Islamic legal methodology with pressing contemporary issues across diverse Muslim contexts.
