About the Journal

About the Journal: Intellectual Discourse is a multi-disciplinary, peer-reviewed, flagship journal of the International Islamic University Malaysia. It is published biannually in April and October by IIUM Press, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). First published in 1993, it is dedicated to the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and the Muslim world. It pays particular attention to works on history, geography, political science, economics, education, psychology, sociology, law, literature, religion, philosophy, international relations, and environmental and developmental issues. The journal has an international scope and coverage. It serves as a forum for scholarly dialogue and communication on issues related to Islam and the Muslim World.

Publication fee: Publication fee is RM1500 (Ringgit Malaysia). Each submission should be free of grammatical and stylistic errors.
