شهدت البنوك في إندونيسيا تطورًا هائلًا في توسعها وإيجاد مكاتب فرعية لخدمة عملائها. لم يقتصر هذا التطور على البنوك التقليدية فقط، بل شمل أيضًا البنوك الشرعية. وتطور البنوك الشرعية في إندونيسيا يعكس حاجة المجتمع إلى نظام بنكي يعتمد على أسس الشريعة الإسلامية، حيث يعزز وجود البنوك الإسلامية ثقة المجتمع في الأنشطة المصرفية، خاصةً في دولة مسلمة كإندونيسيا (Sarif & Ariyanti, 2023). تلعب البنوك الشرعية دورًا هامًا كوسيط في جميع الأعمال الاقتصادية والصناعية المتوافقة مع الشريعة الإسلامية. وقد شهدت البنوك الشرعية في إندونيسيا تقدمًا ملموسًا في الأعوام الأخيرة من خلال تطوير المنتجات وتحسين مستوى الخدمات وتوسيع الشبكات. ومن أبرز تلك التطورات انضمام ثلاثة بنوك شرعية تحت مؤسسة BUMN إلى بنك واحد، وهو البنك الشرعي الإندونيسي (BSI) بتاريخ 1 فبراير 2021، الموافق 19 جمادى الآخرة 1442 هـ.

Abstract

This paper examines the Determination of the Strategic Location of Indonesian Sharia Bank Branches (Bank Syariah Indonesia/BSI) following Islamic Economic Principles. This is a library-based study employing a descriptive method to establish Islamic Economic Principles used to determine the strategic position of the Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI). This study's findings indicate that determining the strategic location of Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI) branches in accordance with Islamic economic principles includes the following: selecting the best location and making it more convenient for customers, environmental responsibility, the principle of honesty, and the principle of justice. Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI)must undertake a comprehensive analysis and continuously monitor and evaluate the impact of branch location selections to ensure that these decisions remain consistent with Islamic economic principles and contribute to the overall welfare of the community.
