The aim of this study is to explain the legal values that were included in the farewell speech of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, in the Hajj Al Wahid in the 10th year of the Hijra 14 centuries ago, where the contents correspond to the reality of today's Muslims. Political, social, economic, and legal, as well as commitment and adherence to values and meanings, and adopting them as a way of life to ensure security, prosperity, and freedom.

The research follows the descriptive and analytical method that is in harmony with nature, according to the strict methodological plan. One of the most important results of the research is that the farewell sermon emphasizes the most important principles of human rights, such as the right to life, the sanctity of blood, property, and dignity. Even the blood of non-Muslims is not spilled except in legitimate wars. The Prophet of Islam, peace and blessings be upon him, removed the teachings of Jahiliyyah, worships and customs, declaring the completeness of religion in this great place. And this is the summary of the Prophet, the end of ignorance and its end with a few words, and he returned the human life to the correct natural conditions.
