Abstract

تكوّن هذا البحث من مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة ونتائج ثم المصادر والفهرس.

ذكرت في المقدمة سبب اختيار الموضوع، وأهميته، ومشكلة البحث، والخطة. ثم ذكرت في التمهيد مطلبين: المطلب الأول: التعريف ببعض المصطلحات، القراءات المتواترة والشاذة والتوجيه. والمطلب الثاني: نبذة موجزة عن أنواع موارد توجيه القراءات.

ثم قسمت البحث إلى مبحثين:

المبحث الأول: ما يجتمع فيه معنى القراءتين (المتواترة والشاذة) أو يتقارب فيه المعنى.

والمبحث الثاني: ما يتباين فيه معنى القراءتين (المتواترة والشاذة).

وختمته بذكر الخاتمة، والنتائج، والمراجع، والمصادر.

وتوصلت في البحث إلى أنّ توجيه القراءات له ارتباط قوي بالتفسير وأنَّ القراءات المتواترة والشاذة غالبا قد يتفق معناهما، وأحيانا تكون إحداهما توضيحا للأخرى وأحيانا يختلف المعنى.

وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وآله سلم وصحبه أجمعين.

This article discusses viewpoints of women's organizations in Bangladesh around woman’s rights of inheritance, the central issues of the study relate to the concepts of woman’s rights of inheritance, Following the inductive, analytical, and comparative methods, the two researchers discuss these concepts in the light of what is available in Islamic Jurisprudence and what is maintained and demanded by women’s organizations in Bangladesh. Then they conduct a comparative study between them. The result of the study reveals the fundamental differences between Islamic Jurisprudence and the feminist organizations of Bangladesh regarding the concepts of woman’s rights and her portion in inheritance. The study also explains the necessity of appropriate understanding of the term “woman’s rights of inheritance”, this research finds that both Islamic Jurisprudence and women’s organizations in Bangladesh emphasize on providing woman’s rights of inheritance, but Islamic Jurisprudence is the most suitable, appropriate and useful mechanism for achieving women’s rights of inheritance.
