This volume features an oration delivered by the Honourable Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, at Keio University, Japan on 24 May 2024 entitled "A Feast of Civilizations: The Life and Mind of Toshihiko Izutsu" (See Full Issue, p. 231-238), and a keynote speech by Professor Datuk Dr. Osman Bakar entitled "Silk Road, Islam, and Confucianism" which was delivered at “The Silk Road and Asian Civilisation Forum 2024” at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on 28th March 2024 (See Full Issue, p. 239-244). Both speeches further enrich this edition with significant contributions to the understanding of Islamic and Confucian intersections and civilizational dialogues.
