About the Journal

The International Journal on Perceptive and Cognitive Computing (IJPCC) (e-ISSN: 2462-229X) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal published biannually (January and July) by IIUM Press, International Islamic University Malaysia. As a double-blind, cross-disciplinary publication, IJPCC serves as a platform for disseminating research on the principles and theories underlying how computers perceive their environment and users. The journal focuses on studies related to simulating human cognitive processes—such as perception, learning, memory, language, motor control, and problem-solving—as well as the development and evaluation of natural human-computer interfaces. Only high-quality research papers offering new perspectives in the field are considered for publication.

The International Journal on Perceptive and Cognitive Computing (IJPCC), a new bi-annual online- only publication, is seeking submissions of original papers, short communications ,and surveys on the related fields of Perceptive and Cognitive Computing. The contributions should be written in English and may be of theoretical or applied nature, the essential criteria are computational relevance and systematic foundation of results.
