أهداف وأبعاد التنمية المستدامة: التداخل والتأثير Sustainable Development Goals and their dimensions: overlap and impact

Abstract

تؤكد الكثير من الدراسات على وجود تداخل أهداف التنمية المستدامة فيما بينها سواء على مستوى الأهداف أو المقاصد أو المؤشرات، وهذا التداخل يساعد في فهم وتحليل نتائج الأهداف بدقة أكثر، ومع ذلك لم تركز الدراسات على دراسة التداخل فيما بين مجموعات الأهداف والأبعاد. في هذه الورقة يقترح الباحث تبويب يعتمد على التقسيم المعتمد من الأمم المتحدة للأهداف والذي يقسمها الى 5 مجموعات جنبنا بجنب مع تقسيمها الى الأبعاد الثلاثة المتعارف عليها. ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الورقة بناءً على النموذج المقترح "زهرة الاستدامة" أن هذه الأهداف شاملة ومتداخلة في نفس الوقت، مع احتفاظ كل هدف بسمته المميزة له. وكما تشير النتائج إلى وجود ارتباط بين الأبعاد الثلاث وبالرغم من أنها مستقلة عن بعضها البعض إلا أنها تدعم بعضها بعضا في نفس الوقت.

Abstract

Many studies found that the SDGs overlap with each other, whether at the level of goals, targets or indicators. This overlap helps to understand and analyze the results of the goals more accurately. However, the studies did not focus on studying the overlap between goal groups and its dimensions. In this paper, the author proposes a tabulation based on the UN-approved division of goals, which divides them into 5 groups, along with dividing them into three dimensions. One of the findings of this paper based on the proposed "Sustainability Flower" model is that these goals are both comprehensive and overlapping, while each goal retains its distinctive character. The results also indicated that the presence of correlation between the three dimensions although they are independent of each other they support each other at the same time.
