الأفكار الاقتصادية عند الإمام أحمد بن عبد الرحيم الدهلوي في كتابه حُجة الله البالغة Economic Ideas of Imam Ahmad bin Abdul Rahim al-Dahlawi In His Book Hujjat Allah al-baligha

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى استعراض أهم الأفكار الاقتصادية للإمام الدَّهلوي من خلال كتابه "حجة الله البالغة"، عن طريق السبر والتحليل لنصوص الكتاب، ومقارنتها بنظريات العلوم الاقتصادية الحديثة؛ وقد توصل البحث إلى سبق الإمام لكثير من رواد الفكر الاقتصادي العالمي في قضايا اقتصادية متنوعة، فعلى الصعيد الإداري أشار بشكل واضح إلى موضوع تقسيم العمل الذي يعتبر أهم إنجازات آدم سميث وتايلور الفكرية، كما أشار لأثر اختيار الأكفأ في التطور والعمران، وهو جوهر النظرية الإدارية الحديثة في الموارد البشرية. وعلى الصعيد المالي، فسر نظرية الابتكارات المالية التي جاء بها مودلجيني وميلر وحررها ميلتون. وعلى الصعيد الاقتصادي، أشار إلى دور الدولة في الاقتصاد، ونظرية النقود الخلقية والاصطلاحية، وأهمية التعاون الاقتصادي وتكامل القطاعات الخيرية والربحية في تحقيق العمران والأمن المجتمعي، وغير ذلك من الأفكار الاقتصادية التي تدل على وضوح تصور القضايا الاقتصادية في الدولة والمجتمع عنده. وتكمن أهمية البحث في التعريف بأحد أعلام الأمة الإسلامية، وإبراز سبقهم في المجال الاقتصادي على كثير من رواد الاقتصاد الغربيين، وما لذلك من أثر في ربط الأمة بعلمائها، واعتزاز المسلمين بحضارتهم الإسلامية ونتاجها الفكري. وقد اعتمد البحث لتحقيق هدفه على المنهجين: الاستقرائيَّ والاستنباطي لكتاب "حجة الله البالغة"؛ لاستخراج أهم الأفكار الاقتصادية.

Abstract

This research aims to review the most important economic ideas of Imam al-Dahlawi through his book “Hujjat Allah al-baligha,” by probing and analyzing the text of the book, and comparing it with the theories of modern economic sciences. The research found the imam's precedence for many pioneers of global economic thought in various economic issues. On the administrative level, he clearly referred to the issue of division of labor, which is considered the most important intellectual achievement of Adam Smith and Taylor, as well as the impact of choosing the most competent in development and urbanization, which is the core of modern management theory. In human resources. On the financial front, he explained the theory of financial innovation that Modlgeny and Miller came up with and edited by Milton. On the economic level, he referred to the role of the state in the economy, the moral and conventional money theory, the importance of economic cooperation and the integration of charitable and profit sectors in achieving urbanization and societal security, and other economic ideas that indicate a clarity of perception of economic issues in the state and society. The importance of the research lies in introducing one of the leaders of the Islamic nation, and highlighting their precedence in the economic field over many Western economic pioneers, and the impact that this has on linking the nation with its scholars, and Muslims ’pride in their Islamic civilization and intellectual productions. To achieve its goal, the research relied on two approaches: inductive and deductive, for the book "The Exaggerated Hajj of God." To extract the most important economic ideas.
