Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The manuscript must not have been previously published and should not be under consideration by another journal. If there are any exceptions to this rule, please provide a detailed explanation in the "Comments to the Editor" section.
• The submission must use the JoCTH Template and the file should be in Word file (.docx/.doc) with approximately 6000–8000 words.
