Ishtiaq Hossain is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the International Islamic University Malaysia. Prior to joining IIUM, he was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the National University of Singapore. He was also a Visiting Professor at George Washington University, USA and Waikato University, New Zealand.
