دلالة الاقتضاء عند الأصوليّين في ضوء نظريّة التّضمين التخاطبي عند جرايس <br> (Appropriate Indication from the Perspective of Jurisprudence in the Theory of Conversational Implicative of Grace Theory)

Abstract

ملخص البحث:

اهتمّ علماء العربيّة لغويّين وفقهاء وأصوليّين ومناطقة بقضايا المعنى؛ إذ كان استبطان مقاصد التنزيل هي غاية علماء العربيّة قاطبة، وقد ولّى كل فريق شطر هذا المبحث كل حسب منهجه وطريقة نظره، فاشتغل بعضهم بالمعنى الحقيقيّ وآخرون بالمجازيّ وفريق ثالث ولّى وجهته التّأويل والتّقدير. وقد ظهر في الفكر الفقهيّ والأصوليّ مبحث عريض نصّب اهتمامه نحو المعنى والدّلالة. ولمّا كانت قواعد (جرايس) في التّخاطب ومبدأ التّعاون تنسحب في إجرائها التّطبيقي على الخطابات الكلاميّة وغير الكلاميّة  فإنّ في مبحث الدّلالات وطرق المعنى عند الفقهاء والأصوليين، ما يقارب هذه المباحثة، فقد كان فهم نصوص القرآن الكريم والحديث الشّريف هو منتهى غاية الفقهاء والأصوليّين. وثمّة التقاء آخر في وجود تشابه بين نظر علماء الفقه والأصول وبين (جرايس) في دلالة ألفاظ المتكلّم فيما عرف عند الفقهاء بدلالة (الاقتضاء) وعند (جرايس) بدلالة القصد الضّمني التّخاطبي للعمليّة الاستدلاليّة التي بها يتم التّوصّل إلى هذه الدّلالات، ومن هنا تحاول هذه الدّراسة أن تقف على واحدة من نقاط الالتقاء بين مقولات المتقدّمين ونظريّات المحدثين، فوجدت في دلالة الاقتضاء عند الأصوليّين وفي نظرية التّضمين التخاطبي عند (جرايس) ما يلبّي هذه الغاية.

Abstract:

Arab linguists and philosophers interested in the issues of semantics; where to deduct the meaning of the revealed is the aim chooses methods according their view of point.  Some of them study the real meaning and others the figurative patterns and the third study the interpretation. It has appeared in jurisprudential thought and semantics. Since the rules of (Grace) in the communication and the principles of cooperation deal with Applied Communications, verbal and non-verbal, semantics and ways of meaning  to the scholars are the same as understanding the texts of the Quran  and the traditions of prophet is the aim of scholars. There are similarities between scholars, and (Grace) in a sign of words of the speaker in what is known of (appropriate) and at (Grace) in terms conversational implicative of speech in communication. This study aims to identify communication in the arguments of ancient scholars and modern theories found in the semantics with scholars and in the theory of Conversational implicative of Grace theory.

Abstrak:

Para ulama seperti ulama lughah (bahasa), fuqaha’ dan usul serta ulama mantik sangat mengambil berat perihal makna kerana mengetahui makna yang tersirat disebalik penurunan Al-Quran itu adalah tujuan utama semua ulama. Oleh yang demikian, ulama- ulama memberi tumpuan kepada perbahasan makna mengikut kaedah dan teori masing-masing. Sebahagian ulama mengambil berat terhadap makna hakiki (tersurat), manakala sebahagian daripada mereka pula mengambil berat akan makna majazi (tersirat) dan golongan yang ketiga mereka yang berpegang kepada konsep taqdir dan takwil. Maka, telah timbul pemikiran dan perbahasan yang luas mengenai makna oleh ulama fiqh dan usul. Dalam pada itu, prinsip kerjasama dalam kaedah pertuturan yang di kemukan oleh Grice ketika menganalisa perbualan lisan dan bukan lisan turut menyentuh isu semantik dan makna  seperti yang dibincangkan oleh ulama-ulama fiqh dan usul yang mana objektif yang paling utama bagi mereka dalam mengkaji makna adalah untuk memahami teks Al-Quran dan hadis. Maka di sini wujud satu persamaan di antara pandangan ulama fiqh dan usul dengan pandangan yang dikemukan oleh Grice tentang perkataan-perkataan yang di tuturkan oleh penutur iaitu bagi ulama fiqh ia dikenali sebagai (iqtidha’) manakala Grice pula menyifatkan ia sebagai implikatur makna dalam perbualan. Justeru, kajian ini berusaha untuk membincangkan titik persamaan ini dengan melihat kepada pandangan ulama terdahulu dan juga kini.
