السِّياقُ وَأثَرُهُ في بَيانِ الدَّلالَة: دِرَاسَةٌ تأصِيلِيَّة تَطبيِقِيَّة في غَرِيبِ الحَدِيثِ النَّبَوِيِّ <br> (Context and its Function on Explaining Meaning: A study to establish the origin of context in Arabic linguistics and its application)

Abstract

ملخص البحث:

تُعدُّ النَّظريَّةٌ السِّياقيَّةُ من أبرزِ النَّظرياتِ التي جادَ بها الدرسُ الدَّلاليُّ في الدِّراساتِ اللُّغويَّةِ الحديثةِ ؛ لما للسِّياقِ من دورٍ واضحٍ في تجليةِ المعنى وما يكتنفُهُ من إيحاءاتٍ، ورغم أنَّ النَّظريَّة السِّياقيَّة بتفصيلاتِها تُنسبُ إلى علماءَ غربييينَ أبرزُهم العالمُ الغربيُّ (فيرث)، إلا أنَّنا لا نعدمُ أصولاً لهذه النَّظريَّة في تُراثنِا العربيِّ؛ بل من الدِّقةِ أن نقولَ إنَّ معظمَ العلومِ العربيَّةِ والشَّرعيَّةِ تتكئُ على السِّياقِ بنوعيهِ، فعلماؤنا لم يدرسُوا العناصرَ اللُّغويَّةَ الموجودةَ في النَّصِ فقط، وإنَّما بحثوا –كذلك- في المقامِ المحيطِ بالنَّصِ وقد فطن شرَّاحُ غريبِ الحديث في كُتُبِهِم إلى السِّياقِ بوصفهِ أداةً مُهِمةً في فهمِ النَّصِّ وبيانِ مدلُولاتِ الألفاظِ ومدى ارتباطها ببعضِها ومناسبتِها لسِياقِها، كما أنَّ كُتُبَ الغريبِ تمثِّل مصدراً ثراً للدِّراسةِ اللُّغويَّةِ في مُستوياتِها المُختلِفةِ، وتتجلَّى فيها تلكَ الفصاحةُ العاليةُ للنبيِّ المصطفَى صلَّى اللهُ عليهِ وسلَّمَ، وأنَّهُ كانَ مُراعِياً لأحوالِ الناسِ ومقاماتِهِم وبيئاتِهِم، فساعدَ ذلكَ الشرَّاحَ في فهمِ دلالةِ غريبِ الحديثِ.

Abstract:

The theory of context is as one of the important aspects in semantics in modern linguistic studies. It helps to understand meaning and its implications better. Although Firth was a figure of reference in this discipline, the Arabic linguistic tradition has its own offering; the Islamic science of jurisprudence and Arabic are dependants on the study of context within which the text occurs. A number of hadith scholars had given their attention to context and went on explaining its importance in explaining the meaning of hadith. The compilations on the hadith of the infrequent(gharib) status, represent a very resourceful references for linguistic studies on its various aspects and levels. It further reveals that the prophetic discourse took into consideration the various human conditions, their environment and thinking which were key elements in helping the explainers of hadith the intended meaning of the those infrequent hadith.

Abstrak:

Teori konteks dalam kajian linguistik moden dianggap sebagai salah satu teori yang penting untuk mengkaji semantik kerana konteks berperanan menerangkan makna dengan lebih jelas. Walaupun pada hakikatnya teori ini diasaskan oleh ilmuwan-ilmuwan barat terutamanya Firth, namun kita tidak ketinggalan dalam mengkaji teori ini, malah jelas bahawa kebanyakan ilmu-ilmu bahasa Arab dan syariah bergantung kepada konteks untuk memahaminya. Oleh sebab itu, para ilmuwan Arab tidak mengkaji teks dari sudut bahasa sahaja, malah membincangkan teks dari sudut yang lebih luas dan terperinci. Kepentingan mengetahui konteks ayat ini disedari oleh ulama –ulama hadis dalam mensyarahkan hadis-hadis gharib di dalam kitab-kitab mereka, hal ini adalah kerana konteks merupakan alat terpenting untuk mereka memahami maksud teks, makna perkataan dan melihat hubungan antara kedua-duanya. Lebih-lebih lagi hadis-hadis ini merupakan sumber yang berharga dalam kajian linguistik untuk mencapai pelbagai tujuan. Jelaslah bahawa Nabi Muhamad s.a.w memiliki kefasihan bahasa yang tinggi yang kerana baginda memelihara kedudukan masyarakat dan persekitaran mereka. Hal ini banyak membantu ulama hadis dalam menerangkan maksud hadis-hadis gharib.
