Even though brain infection and brain tumour has their own radiologic features, atypical imaging features can give us confusion to make correct diagnosis. Therefore, it is important to have good clinical history in addition with laboratory investigation in addition with imaging. We present a case of a young female with atypical features of cerebellar abscess.
