@article{Alazmi_saleh_Ashurov Sharofiddin_2020, title={أثر معايير الحوكمة الشرعية في تعزيز الإفصاح والشفافية في المصارف الإسلامية الكويتية The Impact of Governance Corporate Standards on Enhancing Disclosure and Transparency in Kuwaiti Islamic Banks}, volume={1}, url={https://journals.iium.edu.my/iiibf-journal/index.php/ijaiwf/article/view/426}, DOI={10.31436/ijaiwf.v1i2.426}, abstractNote={<p>يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أثر معايير الحوكمة الشرعية في تعزيز الإفصاح والشفافية في المصارف الإسلامية الكويتية. شمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع المصارف الإسلامية الكويتية المدرجة في سوق الكويت المالي، والبالغ عددها خمسة مصارف، أما العينة فتكونت من (81) مستجيب من المديرين الماليين والمحاسبين العاملين في المصارف المشمولة بالدراسة. وتوصل البحث إلى وجود أثر لمعايير الحوكمة الشرعية المتمثلة بـ (مجلس الإدارة، لجان مجلس الإدارة، بيئة الضبط والرقابة، العلاقة بين المساهمين) في تعزيز الإفصاح والشفافية في المصارف الإسلامية الكويتية. وأوصت الدراسة بالتأكيد على ضرورة الاستمرار بتفعيل معايير الحوكمة الشرعية وذلك لتفادى الآثار التي قد تتعرض لها المصارف الإسلامية من جـراء ضعف الجوانب التطبيقية لمبادئ الحوكمة الشرعية بداخلها.</p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p>This research aims to identify the impact of governance Corporate standards on enhancing disclosure and transparency in Kuwaiti Islamic banks. The study population included all Kuwaiti Islamic banks listed in the Kuwait Financial Market, and they numbered five, while the sample consisted of (81) respondents from financial managers and accountants working in the banks covered by the study. The research found that there is an effect of the Sharia governance standards represented by (Board of Directors, Board Committees, Control and Control Environment, the relationship between shareholders) in enhancing disclosure and transparency in Kuwaiti Islamic banks.
