This article is discussing a topic which related to the misunderstandings upon the <em>Hadi</em><em>th</em> which are the results of mistakes in understanding the type of <em>had</em><em>Ê</em><em>th</em> narrated from the noble Prophet, Muhammad pbuh that were influenced by particular circumstances &amp; surroundings at that time, also the cause of narration itself. Islamic scholars had discussed about this issue long before within the topic of ‘The Prophetic Acts &amp; Behaviors’<strong>. </strong>By understanding them, we can differ the <em>Hadi</em><em>th</em>’s characteristics &amp; descriptions whether it is a commandment upon humanity or just solely a guidance without any decrees contained. On that purpose, this article was written based on an analytical comparison &amp; critical analysis upon the opinions discussed between the scholars. The researcher will analyze the opinions gathered in this article to carry out comparisons between those &amp; criticizing the opinions which are flawed in their particular ways. Thus, the most accurate opinion will be selected by the researcher. Apart from that, a good understandings &amp; true commentary from the <em>Had</em><em>i</em><em>th</em> will implicate a perfect deduction which indicates it was deducted accordingly to the <em>Syari’ah </em>Law &amp; <em>Maq</em><em>as</em><em>id Shar</em><em>i'</em><em>ah</em> hence the essence of <em>Shar</em><em>i'</em><em>ah </em>is not counteracted.</p><p><strong>Key words</strong> : Primary resource, interaction, hadeeth, the Prophetic of acts and behaviors, <em>MMaqasid Shari'ah</em><em>.</em></p> ER -
