An aviation training program (Crew Resource Management) has been used to improve non-technical skills among aviation crew and has been adapted to others high-reliability team in others industries. The objective of this review is an effort to summarize aviation-based teamwork and communication training program in healthcare settings with highlight on the interventions method, duration, target group and follow up after the training. The relevant papers were systematically searched by using major data bases (such as: PubMed, Science Direct, Web of Science and Pro Quest) and published in English between January 200 to March 2016. Three categories of interventions were identified; using tools, training and organizational interventions. The duration of the program varies with the target groups were mostly multidisciplinary teams in acute care. The follow up after the training program were infrequently take place.
