حتى يمكن تقديم صياغة محكمة للأسس والقواعد لنظرية اقتصادية إسلامية لا بُدَّ من الذهاب إلى الوجود في عمقه وتفاصيله، وهو فَهْمُ الوجود من خلال السؤال: لماذا؟ وكيف؟ وهو ما هدف إليه هذا البحث على وفق الأسس والقواعد العقدية للشريعة الإسلامية؛ مقارنة بالتصورات الفلسفية لهذه الإشكالية, وقد اتبع الباحث منهجًا استقرائيًّا يبدأ من الجزء إلى الوصول؛ أي يبدأ من بقاء الإنسان في الوجود على وفق مبدأ الاستخلاف إلى كليات الوجود المستخلف فيها (الموارد), وما ينتج عن هذا الاستخلاف من خروج على مبادئه, فيحصل الخلاف في البقاء, ويتحول إلى صراع ينتج العداوة والتعادي والعدوان من خلال تناقض المصالح بين أطراف الصراع, وقد خرج البحث من خلال دراسة الأصول العقدية وأطروحات طه عبد الرحمن إلى نتائج هي: أنه يمكن أن يكون البقاء الإنساني أكثر انسجامًا إذا ما كانت الحاكمية للنظام (الشريعة) الذي ينظم العلاقة بين أطراف النشاطات الإنسانية المختلفة في الوجود.

Abstract

In order to provide legal formulation for the principles and rules of Islamic economic theory, it is necessary to go deep and in detail in the understanding of existence through the questions of “why” and “how” . This research aims to study this, in accordance with the principles and rules of Islamic law and to compare it with the philosophical perception of this problem. The researcher followed an inductive approach begins with particularity to originality. This approach denotes studying from human survival in existence according to the principle of succession to the general existence of the successors and whatever resulted from such succession of deviating from its basic principles that brings dispute in survival that turn into a contention, hostility, antagonism and aggression through conflict of interests between the parties to the contention. The study is based works of Taha Abdul Rahman on fundamental doctrines and theses. The study arrives at the results such as: It could be that the humanitarian existence is more in line if the governance system is based on (Shariah), which regulates the relationship among the parties of various human activities in existence.

Abstrak

Dalam usaha untuk menyediakan penggubalan undang-undang bagi prinsip-prinsip dan kaedah-kaedah teori ekonomi Islam, ia adalah perlu untuk memahami kewujudan (al-wujud) melalui persoalan "mengapa" dan "bagaimana" dengan detail. Matlamat kajian ini untuk mengkaji prinsip dan peraturan undang-undang Islam dan bandingkan dengan persepsi falsafah masalah ini. penyelidik melakukan pendekatan induktif bermula dengan ciri khas untuk mengetahui keaslian. Pendekatan ini menandakan belajar dari hidup manusia yang wujud mengikut prinsip penggantian generasi (istikhlaf) kepada kewujudan umum dan apa sahaja hasil daripada penggantian geresai yang keluar daripada prinsip-prinsip asas yang membawa pertikaian dalam hidup yang bertukar menjadi perbalahan, permusuhan, permusuhan dan pencerobohan melalui konflik kepentingan antara pihak-pihak yang membangkang itu. Kajian ini menumpukan pada karya-karya Taha Abdul Rahman pada doktrin-doktrin asas pemikiran beliau. Kajian sampai pada suatu keputusan seperti berikut: bahawa kewujudan kemanusiaan adalah lebih baik dan berperikemanusiaan jika sistem tadbir urus adalah berdasarkan (Syariah), yang mengawal selia hubungan antara kelompok dengan pelbagai aktiviti manusia yang wujud.
