Abstract

إن الاقتصاد في منظور القرآن يقوم على أساس المعيارية، وليس فقط السلوك الاقتصادي. ولهذا نلاحظ أن القرآن في دعوته إلى تنمية الاقتصاد، يحرص على التكامل الوظيفي بين خط القيم وجميع الممارسات الاقتصادية، التي شرعها الإسلام. ومن هنـا، فإن مرجعية الرؤية الاقتصادية تستمدّ روحها وقيمها وأحكامها من الشريعة الإسلامية، الناظمـة للخط الاقتصادي بشكل جوهري. وبناءً عليه، فإن السلوك الاقتصادي مؤطر بضوابط التشريع الإسلامي، ومنطلقاته وأهدافـه الاستخلافية الكبرى، فهو ليس دعوة للنفع والكسب، وتحقيق التضخم المالي والطبقية؛ بل هو دعوة لممارسة الإعمـار وفق مبادئ الحق وسننـه وتنمية الاقتصاد، وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي وفق خط القيم، ولقد تناول البحث دعوة القرآن إلى تنمية الاقتصاد، وتقوية الاستثمار لتحقيق قوة اقتصادية كبرى من خلال وضع الكثير من الخطط الاقتصادية، التي تسهم في تحقيق هذه القوة، وتنميتها وتعزيزها من خلال الحديث عن آليات التمكين الاقتصادي في القرآن الكريم وإحكام الخطة الاقتصادية، والتكافل الاجتماعي ووسائل تحقيقه، حتى يصبح المجتمع الإسلامي يمتلك حصانة اقتصادية. ووصولاً لما يصبوا إليه هذا البحث، انتهج الباحث منهجيين: المنهج الاستقرائي، وذلك بجمع النصوص والآيات القرآنية، التي تحدثت عن التمكين الاقتصادي، والمنهج التحليلي لدراسة وتحليل مفهوم التمكين الاقتصادي في القرآن الكريم، وكيفية إحكام الخطة الاقتصادية، والتكافل الاجتماعي ووسائل تحقيقه، وختم البحث بأهم النتائج.

Economy in Qur'anic perspective is not just an economic performance, rather it based on standards. That is why, it is noticed that whenever the holy Qur'an discusses the economic development, it is highly keen on functional integration between the values and all other economic practices initiated by Islam. Hence, the reference of the economic vision derives its spirit, values, and provisions from Islamic law that regulates the economic line substantially. Accordingly, the economic behaviour is framed by Islamic legislation, as well as its starting points and its major objectives. Economy in Qur'anic perspective is not It is not about profit and loss, and inflation and stratification achievement only. However, it calls to practice reconstruction based on the principles of truth and its norms, and achievement of a valuable plan for self-sufficiency. This paper investigates the Quranic perspective on economic development, and investment strengthening, in order to achieve a major economic power through the development of some economic plans that will contribute to its achievement, its development, and strengthen it by looking into the way Quran discusses mechanisms of economic empowerment and strengthen the economic plan, social solidarity, and the means to achieve it so that the Muslim community has another immunity in the economic plan. In order to achieve the objectives of this paper, the paper adopts two methodologies; Inductive method to gather the Quranic verses that talks about economic empowerment. And analytical method to study and analyse how economic empowerment, strengthening of economic plan, achievement of social solidarity, and the means to achieve it discussed in the Holy Quran. The paper concludes with some important recommendations.
